How to apply for a wholesale of LPG license
With the new regulations in place, anyone who wishes to engage in the wholesale of LPG will require a license from the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority.
Below are the steps that you can follow to apply for your license.
- Application form LPG No. 1
- ย Detailed Questionnaire
- ย Certified copies of Certificate of Incorporation / Business Reg. certificate
- ย Memo and Articles of association
- ย Certified copies of PIN registration certificate
- ย Certified copies of VAT registration certificate
- ย Certified copies of Valid Tax compliance certificate
- ย Identification documents for director(s)
- ย Work permits for non citizens / Entry permit class H
- ย Certified copy of Lease agreement
- ย Ownership of Licenced storage facility
- ย Supply agreement with licensed importer/letter of intent
