Tob Cohen’s sister can’t stand Sarah Wairimu — Lawyer Cliff Ombeta
It is now clear why the late Tob Cohen’s sister Gabrielle van Straten cannot attend his brother’s burial according to family Lawyer Cliff Ombeta she cannot stand Cohen’s wife Sarah Wairimu.
Ombeta said that Straten could bring herself to attend the ceremony alongside Wairimu who she accused of murdering his brother.
The tycoon is to be buried on Tuesday after the priest quorum hitch was sorted out by the organisers. Gabrielle flew out on Saturday, September 21 leaving a big room of speculations.
“There will be a burial tomorrow. I want to assure Philip Morgor, my senior, that nothing is going to happen tonight. We have two priests coming in, one is from Kisumu and the other from Mombasa,” said Ombeta.
Sarah Wairimu’s Lawyer Philip Murgor has however stated he will seek to secure a court order to enable Wairimu to attend her husband’s funeral at the Jewish cemetery.
