How to Buy a Voice Bundle using Airtime

  1. Dial *485# and select the “Zidisha Plus” option
  2. Select the “Buy Bundles” option
  3. Select the mobile number /employee you want to buy for
  4. Select voice bundle as the bundle type
  5. Pick any of the Voice bundles
  6. Select “Buy using Airtime”
  7. Confirm that you want to purchase the bundle
  8. You will receive a notification confirming that you have bought the bundle

How to Add/Remove Employees

  1. Dial *485# and select the “Zidisha Plus” option
  2. Select the “Add or Remove Mobile Number” option
  3. Select your desired action, either to add or remove an employee
  4. To remove an employee;
    • Select the number you want to remove
    • Confirm that you want to remove the mobile number
    • You will receive the notification confirming that you have removed the mobile number
  5. To add an employee
    • Enter the mobile number you want to add
    • Enter the employee name you want to add
  6. Upon successful addition, the mobile number and name will be displayed under the “Add or remove mobile number” menu

How to Check your balances through *485#

  1. Dial *485# and select option 3: Zidisha Plus
  2. If you are the one buying the bundle;
    • Select option 4: Check my balance
    • A message will be displayed showing your balance for both Voice & Data, and their expiry dates
  3. If you are a recipient/person being bought for;
    • Send a blank SMS to number 144
    • You will receive an SMS showing your balance for Voice & Data, and their expiry dates
