Scorned Citizen TV reporter Victor Kinuthia speaks out
Inooro TV journalist Victor Kinuthia has finally broken his silence after Kenyans ridiculed him on social media on Monday evening.
Kinuthia became the laughing stock and a source of memes and hashtags on social media after he fumbled severally while reporting live from Murang’a county when protest ensued following the arrest of Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro.
After massive support from his colleagues at Citizen TV and journalist from other media houses, Kinuthia gathered the courage to share his sentiments on his official Facebook page.
“I almost gave up when I found myself trending all over after yesterday’s 9 pm news. But after receiving calls and texts from my bosses, colleagues, friends and fans I must say I am encouraged. Boy child rising. Tupatane sema na Citizen,” he wrote.
