ODM sues IEBC
The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has sued the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) today.
ODM claims that IEBC has refused to release Kibra voters register for inspection and verification.
The Kibra by-election is set for November 7, 2019. ODM candidate is Imran Benard Okoth, who will face Jubilee’s Wanyama Mariga, ANC’s Eliud Owalo and FORD-Kenya’s Butichi.
