At I&M Karibu Agents, you can enjoy the below services:

Kenswitch Bank Agents

I&M Bank has partnered with Kenswitch to offer the below services through selected bank agents:

1. Cash withdrawal at Co-operative Bank agents and Family Bank agents from your I&M Bank account
2. Cash deposit through Equitel into your I&M Bank account
3. Balance enquiry for your I&M Bank Account at Co-operative Bank and Family Bank agents

Deposit through Kenswitch Bank Agents is absolutely FREE.

To withdraw from Kenswitch Bank Agents, a flat fee of Kes 45 will be applicable per transaction.
