Requirements so that you can get signed up on the service:
A person who already has an existing KCB Account should just visit his/her nearest KCB Bank for mobile banking.
If you don’t have an account here are the steps to undertake:
- Go to your M-PESA menu
- Select lipa na M-PESA
- Enter the paybill No 522522, then under account No indicate your ID number starting with the word ID
- Immediately you will receive an SMS notification with a PIN which you must change to a 4 digit PIN (Keep your PIN secretly and don’t share it with anybody)
