1. On your existing SIM- Dial *100#
2. Select option 3- Manage My Account
3. Select option 2- Self SIM upgrade
4. Enter 1 for Self SIM Upgrade
5. Enter 19 digit serial number of the New 4G SIM Kit
6. You will receive a 4G upgrade confirmation message
Postpaid
1. On your existing SIM- Dial *100#
2. Select option 1- Manage My Account
3. Select option 2- Self SIM upgrade
4. Enter 1 for Self SIM Upgrade
5. Enter 19 digit serial number of the New 4G SIM Kit
6. You will receive a 4G upgrade confirmation message
