The latest graft survey conducted by Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC) has revealed some disturbing details that Kenyans can indeed pay a bribe under certain circumstances.
The lengthly reports revealed more than 17 things that Kenyans can pay a bribe for but getting government services topped the list.
