Singer King Kaka summoned by DCI
Rapper King Kaka Sungura has been summoned to present himself at the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) headquarters in Kiambu.
The artists’ manager has confirmed.
Human rights defender and good governance crusader Boniface Mwangi also said they will join the singer at the sleuths Kiambu road offices.
“I have spoken to @RabbitTheKingand he informs me that @DCI_Kenyahave summoned him. His friends, fellow artistes and Kenyans of goodwill are joining him at DCI Headquarters, Kiambu Road, at 12 pm. If you’re able to join us, see you there,” read Mwangi’s tweet.
The singer has been trending since he released the ‘Wajinga Nyinyi’ single which apparently rubbed some top leaders the wrong way.
Kirinyanga County Governor Ann Waiguru had threatened to sue the singer if he fails to pull down the song since she claimed it defamed her.
