Deputy President Sunday cracked- up worshipers after he advised the Bishop of Chepngobob Methodist on the best way he should introduce his wife to the congregation.
Ruto who was speaking during a Sunday service in Kericho County noted how the Bishop had struggled to introduce his wife to the church and eventually referring to her as ‘mama’.
“Iko mingi… kwa sababu umesema huyu ni mama… sasa hatujui ni mama mzazi,” he said as the congregation laughed and cheered him on.

“Bishop, ungesema this is my dear wife, hata ukisema sweetheart hakuna shida,” he continued.
According to the Deputy President introducing one’s wife (Partner) using sweet names will help strengthen marriage and avoid problems at home.
“Kwanza hiyo ulikuwa unasema ati akifika nyumba lazima umuintroduce ndio asikulete taabu nyumbani… kama ungesema this is my sweetheart mambo ingekuwa mzuri hata zaidi,” he reaffirmed.
