List of Betting Sites in Kenya that are not Banned
KRA cleared betting companies whose licenses had failed to be renewed by the government over tax compliance.
They are:

- Lucky 2u Kenya
- Eazi Bet Kenya
- Kick off Kenya
- Eastleighbet Kenya
- Palms Bet Kenya
- Bet boss Kenya
- Betika Kenya
- 22bet Kenya
- Betlion Kenya
- Bet254 Kenya
- Sportybet Kenya
- Betway Kenya
- Helabet Kenya
- Betpalace Kenya
- Bigpesa’ Kenya
- M-bet Kenya
- Betboss Kenya
- Bet365 Kenya
The government failed to renew licenses for 27 betting firms, despite the affected firms claiming to have complied with set regulations.
The companies above control less than 15% of the stake in the betting industry. Betlion was launched in Kenya in 2018 but has not managed to break even, while Betika is struggling to remain afloat. Only Odibets which is doing well.ย
In case Sportpesa, Shabiki, Betin ,1XBET, and Betway are allowed to operate, some of the seven betting companies above will continue struggling but if they are closed forever, Odibets and Betika will be the major beneficiaries, nearly all gamblers will shift to those two companies.
