Kilimani OCPD threatened me — Moses Kuria

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has alleged he received threats from Kilimani Division OCPD after last week’s arrest.

Kuria revealed these claims on Monday when he appeared Kuria appeared before Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku to take plea in a case where he is accused of assaulting a woman last year December.

“It is now between you and me,” said Kuria.

The Gatundu MP now wants the court to question the conduct of the OCPD and other officers at the Kilimani Police Station.

Kandara MP Alice Wahome also echoed Kuria’s claims saying she was also threatened by the same OCPD.

The lawmaker’s defence wants the court to grant their client anticipatory bail since they feel the police may arrest him again if he is released.

The ruling will be made on Monday at 2 pm
