Jamaican Dancehall Star Konshens Back In Kenya For The Hype
Garfield Spence popularly known as Konshens, earlier this morning let his Kenyan fans know that he is coming back to the motherland for the September edition of The Hype Festival. Hype Group Limited is pulling out all the stops for this show with Konshens being the festival’s headliner.
Konshen’s announcement on Twitter came amid speculations on who’ll be the main act for the festival.
Ethic Entertainment who just released their first single and music video ‘Figa’ under new record label AI records will also be performing at the festival which is happening on Saturday 7th September at the Ngong Racecourse. Ethic fans are looking forward to see the Kenyan music group perform the remix to Figa which features Konshens.
Also expected to perform is The Kansoul, Ochungulo, Bensoul, Nviiri, and Chris Kaiga. Gwaash of the famed Wabebe hit will also be live on stage alongside Sailors of the Wamlambez jam. You can get your Hype Festival early bird tickets for KSh. 2000/- till 31st July 2019.
