Betpawa Uganda sports betting

Betpawa sportsbook has only 3 sports to bet on. These are football, basketball, and tennis.

Betpawa Uganda offers relatively high odds for betting on the games available. Popular sports such as football also have multiple betting options for customers to choose from. Nevertheless, the margins are low in most markets.

How to place a bet on BetPawa Uganda

  1. Log in and select your desired sport on the top-left drop-down menu (e.g football).
  2. Make your event and market selection (up to 45 in one bet slip) or use the search function on top of the page to locate the team you’d want to bet on. E.g. Liverpool vs Man City — Home team wins
  3. Access your bet slip:
  4. If on mobile: hit numerical digits next to the Menu button
  5.  If on desktop: bet slip appears on the right after the first selection
  6.  Set your stake amount and hit “Place bet”

Note: 

If it displays ‘Price has changed’, click on ‘Place bet’ again to accept the new price and the bet will be processed, or else click to remove the selection from the bet slip and start again.

BetPawa Uganda cash out

Cashout is available in the following markets of most major football leagues: 1X2 FT, Double Chance, BTTS, Over/Under FT, HT/FT, and 1X2 Handicap FT.

To request a Cashout:

  1. Click Menu and open My Bets
  2. Select your bet and hit the ‘Request Cashout’ button to see the current amount offered for cash out. If the offer is not taken within 15s, you will have to request a new one.
  3. If you are happy with the offered amount, hit the ‘Confirm’ button and your account will be instantly credited with the cashed-out amount.

Betpawa Uganda live betting

Betpawa Uganda offers live betting on its platform. Customers can log in and place bets on ongoing events. However, the live betting feature is not well-developed and may not provide the best experience. The number of live betting events is usually limited, with only about 5 or fewer events at any given time. There is also no live streaming.

The in-play mode is not stable. For example, bet types may appear and disappear randomly. There are also delays when you want to bet. It may take up to 10 seconds to place stakes on live events. The slow response of the system can be frustrating. On the plus side, Betpawa Uganda offers comparatively high odds for live betting, particularly in football.

How to withdraw from your Betpawa Uganda account

Betpawa Uganda customers can withdraw their winnings through mobile payments from the four operators; Tigo Pesa, Vodacom M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and Halo Pesa.
