4 dead, 12 injured along Nairobi-Mombasa highway
Four people have been confirmed dead while 12 others have sustained serious injuries after a truck and a matatu collided head-on at Man-Eaters along the busy Nairobi-Mombasa highway.
Confirming the incident, Voi sub-county police commander Bernstein Shari said the 14-seater Matatu rammed into the lorry in the Wednesday morning accident.
The Man Eaters area is fast becoming a blackspot from the number of fatal accidents witnessed there in the last few months.
