HOW TO PAY KRA TAX RETURNS PENALTY THROUGH MPESA
- Log in to your KRA web portal account through this link https://itax.kra.go.ke/
- Select payment registration
- Fill and submit the required details on the payment information page
- Download the E-slip which has the PRN (Payment Registration Number)
- Use the PRN as your account number when making payments using M-pesa
- Go to M-pesa Menu
- Select Lipa na M-pesa
- Select Paybill
- Enter 572572 as the business number
- Enter the PRN as your account number
- Enter the amount you want to pay
- Enter your M-pesa pin and press Ok
- You will receive a transaction confirmation message from M-pesa
